What is coaching?

Coaching can take many forms. We specialize in leadership coaching and enneagram coaching one on one. As coaches, we believe we are partners with you in this journey toward growing in the areas you will  identify as important to you.  We want to help you actualize your core values, shifting from knowing to doing.  Our coaching approach is client led.  We focus on value assessments as the best tools for our clients to grow.

What is leadership training?

Leadership training focuses on optimizing and building upon your team’s strengths.  We offer leadership training based upon your team’s unique goals and desires.  We specialize in team building.  We offer training that utilizes improv as a foundation as well as enneagram trainings for your entire team.

Question 3

What should I expect from coaching?

Coaching is client led.  We seek to create a safe, non judgmental environment where we can explore what’s important to you personally and professionally.  As we assess those values, we work toward goal setting and goal implementation.

What should I expect from a team training?

Accepted Answer

Team training varies based upon the needs of each organization or church.  Spanning 1-3 days, we focus on team building.  We believe that trust is the foundation of effective teams, so we design interactive experiences that build upon that core value.  Each training is  designed in consultation with the organization, so that each team’s goals are met.  We, again, offer a variety of trainings, specializing in onboarding new team members, enneagram, and team building.

How will we meet? In person? Virtually?

We offer both one on one coaching and team training in person and virtually.  We try to meet each client’s needs and offer consults to determine which option would work best.

Question 6

How often will we meet?

Accepted Answer

For coaching, our work together is decided upon and discerned in partnership with one another. 
For team training, we would want to meet with the director/leader to hear about goals for the training and team. We will then make a proposed plan of action.
